No! The Recipe Club recipes are brand new, every month. You won't find them anywhere else.
How and when will I receive the recipes?
You'll receive the first month of recipes by email immediately when you sign up. Then, you'll receive them straight to your inbox at the end of each month. For example, the October recipes were sent out on the 27th of September.
The recipe PDFs are yours to download and keep forever.
Are there vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options?
Yes! About a third of the recipes each month are vegan or vegetarian, and every recipe comes with a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free variation.
In what language are the recipes?
All the recipes are in English. I've made sure to use pictures and simple wording to make them accessible to as many people as possible.
Will the recipes help me reduce my glucose spikes?
Yes. The recipes will help you implement very important hacks to steady your glucose: savoury breakfast, veggie starter, savoury snack. And you also get main dishes that will keep your glucose steady.
